Additional costs
A non-refundable registration fee of £80 is payable on acceptance of a place at Bell Bedgebury International School. In addition to the termly fees, a deposit of £1,000 is payable on acceptance of a place, and is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation less than four weeks prior to the term start date. This is used to cover unforeseen expenses such as emergency travel home or damage to school property and is returned to parents only when the student has completed their studies at Bell Bedgebury International School.
Termly fees do not include uniform, pocket money, individual music lessons, guardianship or accommodation during school holidays, including half term breaks. Additional expenses can be added to the school bill each term as ‘extras’. These are then invoiced at the end of each term.
Transfer fees
We are happy to arrange transfers to and from all major airports and the Eurostar terminal at Ebbsfleet. Onward transportation to the student’s next school in the UK can also be arranged. All prices are available on request.
