Admissions process

We have a simple four step admissions process.

  1. Meet the Head and visit the school
    Wherever possible, we encourage parents (or other responsible parties) to visit the school to meet with the Head and staff to discuss your child’s needs, and view the location and facilities. We will also use this opportunity to conduct an interview with your child. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
  2. Registration
    Once you have decided upon Bell Bedgebury International School for your child, you will need to complete a registration form, provide a copy of the student’s latest report together with a conduct reference (if not included in the report) and return this to us by fax or email along with the £80 registration fee. We will acknowledge receipt of your application within 48 hours. At this stage, your child may be required to take an English test to confirm their level.
  3. Offer
    You will be contacted again within 5-10 days to confirm whether or not we are able to offer your child a place. If made an offer, you will need to complete and sign the acceptance form and medical form and return to us along with the £1,000 deposit which will guarantee your child’s place at Bell Bedgebury International School.
  4. Enrolment
    We will acknowledge receipt of your acceptance form, medical form and deposit and will issue admissions documents, a welcome pack and a visa support letter (if required), together with an invoice for the full term's fees. Fees must be paid in full at least six weeks before the start of term. At this stage we will also require you to sign a permissions letter, giving permission for your child to join in term time activities.
