A-levels for international students (age 16-19)

For students looking to continue their education at a British university, A-levels are the ‘gold standard’ of British education and are accepted by all UK universities, as well as many other institutions worldwide.

A-level is a two-year course, with students specialising in three, or sometimes four, main subjects enabling them to study these in depth.

Expert tuition by subject specialists and small classes enables students to achieve their full potential and go on to study at one of over 100 UK universities, including Oxford and Cambridge.

Subjects and qualifications

Students can choose three or four subjects from:

  • Maths
  • Further Maths
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Economics
  • Business Studies
  • Art

Other subjects may be available on demand.

Students also follow a programme of English for Academic Purposes and may choose to prepare for the IELTS exam.

Weekly tuition 23 hours plus 4 hours of supervised prep
Weekly sports and activities 5 hours sport and activities
Organised trips and tours

These will include whole day excursions to places such as:

  • Oxford

Termly fees for the academic year 2010/2011 are £8,932
